Foxes Hotel is a very special place. Delightfully situated on the seafront of the beautiful seaside town of Minehead and nestled between the hills of Exmoor, we are in an ideal location for those who want to enjoy outdoor adventures in the glorious scenery or simply admire the breathtaking views. ACCOMMODATION

Our unique rooms offer twin, double and family accommodation. All bedrooms are en-suite and have stunning views. We also provide locally produced tea and coffee in every room.

RESTAURANT

Not staying? Our restaurant is open from 12:00pm – 6:30pm Monday to Saturday, and 12:00pm – 2:00pm on Sundays. We have seasonal and special menus throughout the year, curated by our professional chefs and students. We strongly believe in inclusive hospitality, and our students are at the heart of everything that we do. There is student involvement at every stage – in the designing of our menu, the preparation of the food and in food service.

FUNCTIONS

Our panoramic sea views, beautifully furbished dining room and fantastic service are just a few of the reasons why you should choose us for your next function or event. We are able to accommodate large groups or smaller parties, offering a choice of waiter service or buffet dining, and can cater to any dietary requirements.

In addition to our light and spacious dining room, we also have a cosy bar area for more intimate gatherings. The bar has far-reaching views of Minehead Harbour and the esplanade and is the perfect space to sit back and relax with a drink made by our wonderful team of students and staff. Our bar has been newly renovated and is now laid out for smaller social groups and can be used as a quieter space or a buffet area when hired with the Dining Room.

ACCESSIBILITY

Foxes Hotel has a visitor car park with an access ramp to the automatically opening main door that leads to the Hotel Reception. This makes access for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters (both accompanied and unaccompanied) very easy.

We also have the following facilities:

• A four passenger ‘speaking’ lift to all guest floors, including the dining room.
• Our guest bedrooms are spacious and suitable for wheelchair users, some even have their own ‘drive-in’ shower room.
• A hearing loop is installed in the hotel lounge and bar.
• Visitor toilet facilities are all accessible for wheelchair users and fitted with appropriate grip rails and emergency alarm cords.
• Assistance dogs are always welcome.
