Dunster Castle is owned by the National Trust and sits above the medieval village of Dunster - a short walk, drive or stream train ride from Minehead.

Take a tour of the castle itself, but don’t forget to explore the glorious sub-tropical gardens or see the working watermill in action.

The medieval village is worth exploring too, with it's cobbled pavements, historic buildings (including the yarn market, church, tithe barn and dove cote) and a good range of independent shops and eateries.
