ABOUT US
The Minehead Information Centre can be found in The Beach Hotel alongside the West Somerset Railway station, a stone’s throw from the seafront.
You will find a wide range of leaflets and brochures about places to visit and things to do in and around Minehead and the surrounding area. There is also a great selection of maps and guidebooks to help you explore the area on foot, by bicycle and in the car, plus bus timetables if you want to use public transport. There is also a range of locally-made gifts and crafts for sale.
The centre offers a free accommodation booking service on behalf of a number of the accommodation providers in Minehead and the surrounding area. All you have to do is get in touch with the team with the dates of your visit and the type of accommodation you would like and they’ll do the rest for you.
You can also contact the accommodation providers directly yourself. Many of them are listed on our accommodation pages or sign-up to receive our brochure.
Minehead Information Centre opening hours for 2022
Part time opening: Friday & Saturday 10.00 - 14.00 from 18th February 2022
PLUS February half term week – Tuesday (22nd) Wednesday (23rd) Thursday (24th) 10.00-14.00
Full time opening: Tuesday - Saturday 10.00-16.00 & Sunday 11.00-16.00 from Saturday 26th March - Sunday 30th October 2022.
Open Mondays from 1st - 29th August, during school summer holidays and Bank Holiday in April, May & June
