Aerial Yoga combines both traditional yoga postures and aerial silk equipment. It promotes core stability and strength, builds and lengthens muscle and soft tissue and increases flexibility. Helps regain movement into stiff joints and can help with back pain. Aerial yoga is a mix of balance, control, inversions and fun tricks for all ages and abilities – beginners welcome!

Our brand new Kids Aerial Yoga session is also on Tuesdays from 4.30-5.30 pm for ages 8 and upwards with a 10 spaces available.
