A one bedroom self Catering Holiday Annexe forming part of a larger property with own access. Situated in a level  location in Minehead Town centre.

Close to all amenities, high street shop, restaurants, pubs and entertainment.

Just short walk across the road is Blenheim Gardens and a little further is the sea front and West Somerset Railway. Exmoor National Park is just a short drive away.

The property has a high stone wall court yard with garden and decking.

The ground floor comprises of open plan living with WIFI and fully fitted kitchen, dining and living area with French doors leading onto the patio.

Stairs leading to the first floor spacious bedroom has the benefit of a stair lift (if required) and en-suite wet floor shower room.

The Annexe is ideally suited for a single person or couples only

The property does not have it’s own parking space but there is unrestricted on street parking. We ask that you do not smoke in the property but please feel free to smoke in the garden area.
